Tony Isgrove’s Paint And Decorate is always on the hunt for passionate painters to join our award-winning team. We work on various projects, including Residential and Strata buildings on the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and Sydney's North Shore.

How to Apply  

All team members are carefully chosen for their painting knowledge, skill and experience. We never use contractors – only full-time employees. This ensures we are able to provide our clients with consistently high quality workmanship.

To be considered, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience or trade qualification, be punctual, have your own basic tools and have a neat, professional appearance.

​

We provide each and every employee with:

Estimator (Painting & Decorating)

  • We are looking for an experienced Estimator with a painting and decorating background

  • You will be estimating 'high-end' projects

  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential

  • Previous painting and decorating experience is  essential

  • Providing excellent customer service and delivering a “quality” job every time, is what has earned this leading Painting & Decorating Company their reputation. Remunerating their team well, and providing work/life balance (early Fridays) is why they have long-term team members.  They are always in expansion mode.

    • Top $$$ + car + expenses + IT tools + uniforms

    • Office and on-site

    • Trade upskilling encouraged

    • 1.00 pm finish every Friday

    • Professional but fun workplace 

    • Estimate – strata, residential, commercial ….

    • Build and maintain client relationships

    • Utilise your technical knowledge

    • Analyse plans, scopes and proposals

    • Identify and troubleshoot where required

    • Skilled painter/estimator with years of experience

    • Painting estimating experience in a variety of areas

    • Top Notch communication skills (verbal & written)

    • Able to multi-task and manage multiple jobs

    • Proficient with Estimating software will be a plus
