We sequence access, hours and areas so the work fits around the way the building actually runs. Staff, residents and clients carry on as normal and the upheaval most people expect from a paint job simply doesn’t happen.

We specify low-VOC, low-odour coatings where the brief and occupancy call for it, so tenanted floors stay usable during works.

CM3 certified, full WHS system, SWMS and site-specific safety plans, inductions and insurances to your standard before we mobilise.
Programmed maintenance
Scheduled repaint and touch-up cycles, planned and budgeted ahead so the asset never falls behind between major works.

Most contractors staff a site with whoever’s available, or with labour-hire crews that change week to week. We don’t. Every painter is assessed in our dedicated trial facility before they set foot on a client site. For a managed building, that means a controlled, known crew working to one consistent standard, under a single chain of responsibility, not a rotating cast of subcontractors on your floors.

We stand behind our work. Most projects carry a 5-year workmanship warranty, with up to 7 years on select services, so your building is protected long after we have packed up.

We don’t let good paint go to waste. Each year we pass our leftover paint to Circle Paints, a Sydney enterprise that rescues surplus paint bound for landfill and resells quality Dulux at around half the retail price. The paint stays in use and out of the ground, part of a genuine circular economy. It’s something we’ve done quietly for years, because good paint doesn’t belong in landfill.
