2-4 East Crescent Street, McMahons Point
Full internal and external strata restoration and repaint
Over 54 weeks, we repainted balconies, rendered surfaces, windows, doors, common areas and car parks across this multi-storey brick residential complex in McMahons Point, using swing stages and abseiling to reach every level safely.
Deteriorated timber, windows and hardware were repaired before painting, then the building was finished in Dulux Ploughed Earth and Heifer to complement the existing brickwork. Every stage was carefully coordinated to keep disruption to residents to a minimum.
